  • Once you have finished your quilt top it is time to have it quilted. This is exciting but can also be overwhelming if you are new to the process.

QuiltKC is happy to help you through the process. To start - reach out via email or the Contact form.

Some information you should have available:

    • Quilt Size - measure the width & height in inches

    • What kind of batting would you like to use (I have thoughts and am happy to help you decide)

    • Did you buy backing or would you like to purchase from QuiltKC? If you purchase your own please make sure you have enough. QuiltKC will piece your backing for a small additional charge if necessary.

    How much will it cost?

    • Take that measurement (width & height) and we will do some math.

    • w*h*$0.02 = Total square inches * cost per

    • Cost per is your baseline cost. There is a $50 minimum to cover setup and if you choose a complex pattern or dense quilting the cost will change.

  • No. However, these patterns are free with your quilting service.

  • To purchase long arm quilting you will work directly with QuiltKC. You do not order directly from the website. At the end of your project you will receive an invoice from this website and that’s how you will pay.

Custom quilt creation or Tshirt quilts (we are mostly out of that business) require a 50% deposit to cover materials. For all other items, payment is due prior to delivery or pickup.
