General Notes

I want you to love your quilt.  Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problem with your order.

Deposits

Deposits are required for memory & other complete quilts.   The deposit will be 50% of the final cost which is used to cover unique material purchases.

Deposits will be applied toward the final agreed-upon purchase price. The customer will have 90 days from notification of project completion to finalize payment and arrange for pickup or delivery.  After 90 days the deposit and item will be forfeit.

Returns

All quilting services and custom projects are final and are not subject to returns. If you are not satisfied with your item, please notify me within five (5) days of receipt and we can determine what follow-up options are available.

Limits of Liability

Quilt KC is not liable for damage during shipping. Quilt KC will cut up your t-shirts or other memorabilia when you are requesting a t-shirt or memory quilt and is not responsible for returning the leftover fabrics.

All images, content, patterns, and other materials on this website are copyrighted by Quilt KC (formerly Scraps by Heather) unless otherwise noted. The majority of the E2E quilting patterns are copyrighted to their designers, information is available upon request.

Patterns or other downloadable items purchased are available for download only by you. They are not meant to be shared or copied with others and any such use is prohibited.

Any duplication or use without formal written consent is prohibited.
