Deposits

Deposits are required.   The deposit will be the greater of 50% of the quote or the full cost of materials.

Deposits will be applied toward the final agreed upon purchase price. The customer will have 90 days from notification of project completion to finalize payment and arrange for pickup or delivery.  After 90 days the deposit and item will be forfeit.

Returns

All quilting services and custom projects are final and are not subject to returns. If you are not satisfied with your item, please notify me within five (5) days of receipt and we can determine what follow up options are available.
